What happens after the 14-day trial?
We send a reminder before the trial ends. Add your payment details to keep using CaseTrackr. If you do not, the subscription ends and the workspace moves to read-only until billing is updated.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from billing settings anytime. No cancellation fees.
Do I pay per user or is there a flat fee?
£14 per user, per month. Three users is £42/month. Scale up or down whenever you need.
Can I add more users later?
Yes. Add or remove seats anytime. Mid-cycle changes are prorated by Stripe.
