We built CaseTrackr to be the case management system independent social workers actually need.
CaseTrackr started close to home. An independent social work consultant in the family was juggling court reports, local authority emails, and case files spread across Dropbox folders, personal inboxes, and paper notebooks. Deadlines lived in one calendar, documents in another place, and contact notes in a third. Preparing for court meant reconstructing context from scratch every time.
That experience is common across the UK ISW community. Consultants are expected to work like small firms while using tools designed for personal storage or generic office work. We built CaseTrackr to be the ISW case management system independent social workers actually need: a matter-centric workspace that matches how they deliver assessments, expert witness work, and safeguarding instructions.

Case files deserve infrastructure built for confidentiality. Documents are stored on encrypted object storage (Wasabi S3). CaseTrackr LTD is registered with the ICO under registration number ZC227869. Activity audit logs record access and changes so you can demonstrate accountability. Data retention and deletion follow our privacy policy, and we do not sell practitioner data to third parties.
